At the March 26th Open Meeting of the Railroad Commission of Texas, Julie Range, policy manager of Commission Shift, highlighted the need for the commission to prioritize community safety and preventing groundwater pollution by oil and gas production over economic development in their Monitoring & Enforcement Plan for FY 2026.
