Last week, (incumbent chair of the Texas Railroad Commission Christi) Craddick’s challengers attended a forum at the University of Texas at Austin that was hosted by Commission Shift, a Texas-based watchdog group focused on reforming oil and gas oversight in Texas. Craddick did not accept an invitation to the forum.
