At the December 13th Open Meeting of the Railroad Commission of Texas, Commission Shift CEO Virginia Palacios spoke to the RRC about their progress on fulfilling Commission Shift’s requests for increased transparency and language access, as well as on several major areas where the RRC should improve going forward.
