According to a recent study, environmental regulatory agencies in Texas have approved almost all permits to burn or release gases generated by the oil industry into the air. This is despite the worrying impact of methane gas on public health, the environment, and global warming. Mariana Pineda spoke with affected Latinos and environmentalists who are demanding more oversight from the federal government and has the latest from Houston.
