At the January 29th Open Meeting of the Railroad Commission of Texas, Virginia Palacios, executive director of Commission Shift, previewed some of the work Commission Shift will do to encourage the Texas Legislature to improve monitoring of orphaned wells during the upcoming Legislative Session.
